Application for Entry – Entry FREE - Entries close Friday 16th June 2023. Absentees will suffer a $20 fine if we are not advised 48 hours prior to the show.

CONDITION OF ENTRY
(a) I hereby apply to enter the foregoing exhibits in terms of and upon the conditions set out in the Rules, By-Laws and Regulations.
(b) I acknowledge that:-
(i) The Rosewood Show Society and Racing Queensland are at liberty to consider or to refuse to consider this application, in its absolute and unfettered discretion.
(ii) If the Rosewood Show Society or Racing Queensland does not consider or rejects the application it shall not under any circumstances be required to give its reasons for so doing.
(iii) Neither receipt of this application nor the issue of a receipt or any other acknowledgement in respect of such application, shall create any obligation on the Racing Queensland to consider or accept this application.
(iv) I hereby certify that all particulars relative to entries set out on this form are correct in all details.
(v) I consent to receive communications from the Greyhounds on Show or the Rosewood Show Society relating to the Rosewood Show.
The Exhibitor or their authorized representative agrees to properly supervise all children nominated herein and to indemnify the Rosewood Show Society & Racing Queensland against any loss or damage to property and against all liability, claims, costs and expenses in any way connected with the attendance of the Exhibitor and any other person nominated herein at the Showground, to the extent that such loss, damage, liability, claims, costs or expenses arise from any breach by the Exhibitor or their authorized representative of this agreement or from any negligent or wilful act or default of the Exhibitor.
All Greyhounds entered in this event should be registered with a Greyhounds Australasia affiliated authority for racing greyhounds. Greyhounds entered in this event are strictly pups bred for the purpose of racing, current race dogs, and retired veterans of the sport. Acceptable Retired Racing Greyhound pets will be those placed into a forever home by a Greyhound Adoption Program or owners who have kept their registered Racing greyhound/s as pets.
All Greyhounds must be presented in good condition & health with up to date vaccination certificates. A QRIC Steward will be present to check earbrands/microchips etc. Papers not required. Please note that Entry Forms will not be processed until close of entries and after they have been checked for authenticity by the Greyhound Racing Authority. You will receive notification of acceptance prior to the Show.
